Service Description

Young bakers will learn the essential methods of baking as they master how to make light, fluffy cupcakes and perfect buttercream. After teaching you some top tips and techniques, including how to do a signature buttercream swirl, we will encourage you to get creative and put your personal twist on your bakes as part of our Easter cupcake challenge. Throughout the class there will be plenty of opportunity to ask our chefs for tips on any baking conundrums. This class is suitable for young people aged 4 – 14 years old . Typical recipes: Demonstration * Easter Basket frosting Practical * Easter Cupcake Challenge * Petite chocolate truffle cakes Class structure Cooking with your classmates is an integral part of your experience . You will cook some of your recipes in pairs, and some independently. Your 1 hour 45 mins baking class will comprise of a mixture of hands on baking/ frosting / decorating and demonstrations performed by trainer running the session. PRACTICAL INFO What is included: * Refreshments on arrival/ bottled water * A recipe booklet * All ingredients provided and weighed out for you in advance * Assistance from bakers * Choice of Choc / sprinkles and other decoration materials * Packaging for takeaway bakes. Allergies and Intolerances: We are happy to make adjustments where possible. Some classes are however unsuitable for people with particular intolerances – where the menu would need to be completely different
