These chocolate chip cookies are  thick, with crisp caramelized edges, soft and chewy insides, a slightly gooey center, and oozes melty chocolate. 
The cookie also have caramelised hint of toffee since we use a combination of dark & light brown sugar . These cookies taste even better the next day.
